Note: All product prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include all applicable taxes.

Commission and Referral Program

• Users can earn commissions on orders through the referral program.
• Commission rates are determined by product categories and user roles.
• Referral commissions are credited to the referrer's wallet.
• Commissions are subject to verification and may be adjusted for fraud prevention.
• Minimum cashout amount is ৳ 1,000.
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time.

Wallet and Cashout

• Your wallet balance reflects your earned commissions and payments.
• Cashout requests are processed within 24-48 business hours.
• Minimum cashout amount is ৳ 1,000.
• You must provide accurate payment information for cashout.
• We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete account information.
• Cashout fees may apply (if any) and will be communicated clearly.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our platform are the property of Link U Construction Chemicals or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bogura, Bangladesh.
